Jewels Asia is a jewellery exhibition in Ludhiana on 5–6 February 2027. By using this website, registering to visit or applying to exhibit, you agree to these terms.
About these terms
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Jewels Asia, the organiser of the exhibition and this website. "You" means anyone who uses the website, registers to visit or applies to exhibit. How we handle your personal data is set out separately in our privacy policy.
Using the website
You may browse this website and share its pages for personal and business use. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape or republish its photographs, films or text without our written permission.
- Send false details through its forms, or register on someone else's behalf without their agreement.
- Try to disrupt the website or access parts of it that are not meant for you.
We work to keep the information on this website accurate, including the list of exhibitors, which grows as houses confirm. It may still change before the exhibition, so check the website before you travel.
Visiting the exhibition
- Entry is free for visitors who register. Each person needs their own pass, sent to the mobile number given at registration.
- Passes are personal and cannot be sold. We may refuse entry to anyone without a valid pass or photo identification.
- For the safety of everyone on the floor, bags may be checked at the entrance, and the venue's security staff may ask you to leave if you put people or jewellery at risk.
- Children are welcome with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them throughout the visit.
- Photography of displays is at each exhibitor's discretion. Please ask before you take pictures at a booth.
Exhibiting
Sending an application does not reserve a booth. Every application is reviewed, and we may decline one without giving a reason, so that the floor stays balanced across crafts and regions.
- A booth is confirmed only when you receive our written confirmation and pay the fee it sets out. Booth sizes, positions, fees, payment dates and cancellation terms are given in that confirmation and the exhibitor manual that comes with it.
- Booths are for the confirmed house only and cannot be shared or passed on without our written agreement.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own stock, staff, insurance and transit, and for following the venue's rules on set-up, opening hours and take-down.
- When your house is confirmed, we may show its name, city, crafts and photographs you provide on this website and in our promotion of the exhibition.
Standards on the floor
Jewels Asia is for real jewellery only. Every exhibitor agrees that:
- Everything on display is made of real metal and genuine or clearly declared lab-grown stones. Imitation and plated jewellery is not allowed on the floor.
- Gold jewellery carries BIS hallmarking with its HUID, as Indian law requires.
- Natural and lab-grown diamonds are clearly labelled, and certified pieces come with their grading reports, available to buyers on request.
- Prices, weights, purity and making charges are shown or explained honestly before a sale.
We may inspect displays during the exhibition and remove any piece, or close any booth, that does not meet these standards, without refunding the booth fee.
Buying from exhibitors
Every purchase at the exhibition is a contract between you and the exhibitor, not with us. Invoices, payment, delivery, exchanges and after-sale service are the exhibitor's responsibility. Ask for a full invoice with the hallmark and certificate details of each piece. If you have a complaint about a purchase that the exhibitor does not resolve, tell us at hello@jewelsasia.in and we will take it up with them.
Our content
The Jewels Asia name, logo, photographs, films and text on this website belong to us or to the exhibitors and creators who licensed them to us. Exhibitors keep the rights to their own designs and photographs and give us permission to show them in connection with the exhibition.
Liability
We provide this website as it is and do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of the website or your visit, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings at the venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to the event
If something outside our control, such as government orders, severe weather or a problem at the venue, makes it necessary to change the dates, timings or venue, we will tell registered visitors and exhibitors as soon as we can. Arrangements for exhibitors in that case are set out in their confirmation. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us first will be decided by the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab.
